コロナ以来、3年ぶり
ここはコロナ禍が始まった年まではわりと頻繁に来ていた。ホルモン焼きを看板にしていた店だけど、自分的にはもう焼き肉系はいいかなと言う年頃でもあり、固定メニュー以外のお得感のある豚シャブとか寄せ鍋ばかり食べていた。なんかこんな感じのとリクエストをすると、なんかそんな感じのものを作ってくれる店でもあった。
白い息を吐きながらくいだおれ方面から歩いて来て、店に入ったのは11時頃。他に客は１組だけ。カウンターでマスターにコロナ以降のあれこれ積もる話を聞きながら飲んでいたら、0時半になっていた。以前閉店時間を尋ねたら客が帰るまでという事だったけど、今は前線復帰したマスターには明日の事もあろうかと自制して切り上げた。いつもよりだいぶ飲んでしまったけど、意外にと言うかやはりこの店はと言うか、やけに安かった^_^。

生を頼んだけど、イマイチ納得感に欠ける。自分の好きなように注いでみたいという事で、やらせてもらった。20年以上前に通ってた居酒屋で戯れに注いだ経験はあるので問題無いだろうと油断してやったらドバッと泡。ある意味、神泡^_^。
という事で、この店ではマスターとの交渉次第で、自分の好きな泡具合の生ビールを自作できる事がわかった^_^。
