Today, I went to NON Cafe, a long-established gourmet burger shop in Ninomiya, Tsukuba city, and bought a takeaway Classic Cheese Beef Burger with a fried egg topping (^O^)!! I was totally influenced by the Gourmet Burger Club for Girls (lol) This place is currently only open for takeaway!! Actually, it seems that they are closing this month, what a shame (ToT) Anyway, I went home and immediately put the burger in the wrapper and took a bite!! Wow, this is delicious♪♪ I think the sauce is quite thin to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. First of all, the buns seem to be custom-made by the popular bread shop "Couronne" in Tsukuba (^ ^) The patty is a beef burger, so it's 100% beef♪♪ To be honest, I always thought that 100% beef was a bit dry, but this one was juicy and delicious♪♪ And I ate it all in one go so I don't remember (lol), but I think it was lettuce, tomato, sweetly fried onions and lots of cheese♪♪ It was also topped with a fried egg (^ ^) I could only get it as takeaway, so it was a shame that the egg wasn't soft-boiled and hardened when I ate it at home, but it was a very elegant and delicious hamburger‼ ︎ When I asked the staff, they said they plan to open again under a new name and in a new location, so let's look forward to it (^ O ^) ノ
