美味しいお蕎麦をいただいたら、次は今晩のアテを買いに移動します。そろそろ雨が降っていないと暑い日が.......こんな日は、冷や奴が良いな。笠間には豆腐の専門店がありますね！市街地から少し離れて、茨城県の陶芸美術館へと向かう途中。笠間城跡のある佐白山の麓にあるお豆腐屋さん.......お店の名前そのまんま「佐白山のとうふ屋さん」なんの捻りもないですね！笑笑 地場産の「たのくろ豆」や厳選した国産大豆を使って作られるお豆腐！冷たくしていただきたいので、ざるとうふをいただきます。それと「生ゆば」こちらはたのくろ豆だけで作られるようです。採算度外視の在来品種たのくろ豆、農家さんの自家消費のために作られ続けたと云われる希少品だそう。なんとなく有り難みを感じます。お揚げと厚揚げも忘れずに買いますよ。
そしてこちらの豆乳のソフトクリーム！これをいただかないと。甘さ控え目豆腐屋ならではの優しい甘さに仕上げリれたソフトクリーム！ウンマイ！！！火照った身体が癒やされますね。美味しくいただいて、次の目的地野暮用の待つ石岡に向かいます。ご馳走さまでした。
