オープンから日にちも経ちだいぶん落ち着いてきました。ホール担当バイトさんも増えておりまったりと飲めます。今回は山菜を中心に天ぷらの盛り合わせと鯛の煮つけを頂きました。カウンターで飲むと天ぷらの揚げたてを一つづつ提供してくれるので良いです。

久しぶりの訪問です。料理は刺し盛を頼みました。鯛、ヒラメ、イカ、カツオですが鯛が味が濃厚で美味しかったです。お酒は地酒で月の井のひやおろしと渡舟のテロワールです。月の井はいつもの味で刺身に合ってます。テロワールは味が濃厚で好き嫌いがはっきりするお酒で、蓋を開けて一週間のものと直前に開けたもの両方を頂きましたが、開けてしばらく経った方が味が馴染んだ感じです。
