In the evening, only Botan nabe will be sold and reservations are required. Please make a reservation by 4:45 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays on weekdays (open if Tuesday is a holiday. Please see website for details). Botan nabe (90 to 120 minutes), Dekansho udon (60 minutes). To prevent duplicate reservations, reservations must be made by telephone. Seats reserved online are not linked to actual empty tables. |
昨年友人に今度の冬はボタン鍋が食べたいと話をし、昨年中は調整付かず、
年明けにとなったので約1か月前に予約してきました。
篠山口駅から11時過ぎのバスに乗り春日神社前に着いたのが丁度12時頃。
市役所方面に移動し丁度市役所の向かい側にありました。
店内に入ってみると数組順番待ち、それを横目に予約してた事を伝え
奥へ奥へと移動し更に靴を脱いで個室の方まで案内されました。
友人と2名なんだけど8人部屋…せんなり亭 伽羅の時みたく
広々と贅沢空間です。
飲み物、生ビールが無いので今回は瓶ビール2本注文し食べ物の方は事前に
予約時に伝えてあるので前菜から運ばれてきました。
前菜は薩摩芋のレモン煮と丹波黒豆煮。レモン煮は酸味はキツくなく爽やか感あり
黒豆も甘さ程々で美味い。
次に〆鯖、ビールより日本酒に合いそうな酸味に肉厚。
焼き猪、すき焼きみたく甘辛。
そしメインのボタン鍋登場。肉は火を通し過ぎても硬くならないという事で
先に投入。その上に野菜を入れ蓋をする。
吹き上がった所で蓋を取り食べ始める。
肉に臭みはなく味噌の濃厚さに栗の甘さが加わりなかなか美味く食が進む。
途中ビールが無くなったので日本酒に切り替え。
ご近所の地酒鳳鳴の熱燗２合を注文。
鍋を食べ切ったところ、もうちょっと肉食べようかとなり特上ロース１人前追加。
〆のうどんに食後のデザート、くるみ餅ならぬ栗餅？みおたいなのとコーヒー。
追加注文の肉とお酒以外は程よいタイミングで○○お持ちしましょうかと伺ってくるので
ストレスフリーですねｗ
友人、この味噌の味が気に入ったらしく食べに来た人限定味噌を購入。
私の方は山椒が入ってるのｗ確認したので母が食べれないと思い購入は控えました。
事前に言ってくれれば山椒抜きのお味噌も用意出来るとの事で
それは又次の機会にと思います。
