その日の引き継ぎ業務を終え、帰宅する前に加古川駅の路地裏に何気に良さげなお店を発見。
お店の名は『胡蝶苑』さん。
奥まった場所にあるので、些か入るのに勇気が必要な佇まい。
意を決して入店すると、昭和の町中華の雰囲気がぷんぷん…おっ、いいじゃない♪
とりあえずビールと注文すると、瓶ビールなのね。
これもまた良き。
料理は炒飯と唐揚げを注文。
おもむろに大将がおっきな鶏を出したと思ったら中華包丁でバンバン！って切り捌いていくではないですか！
おぉ豪快！なんかめっちゃ本格的やん♪
唐揚げを揚げてる間に炒飯がサーブ。
少し塩辛かったけど、パラパラで美味い。
いやむしろこの塩気とビールとマッチしとりまんがな。
さてお待ちかねの唐揚げ、なかなかのボリューム。
カラッと揚がってて、こりゃたまらんわ♪
中はめっちゃジューシーで味付けもGOOD！
いやぁまさかこんな路地裏で素晴らしい町中華と出会えるなんて、我がグルメセンサーもまだまだ衰えてないね。
After working, on the way back home I found a nice Chinese restaurant in a back alley near Kakogawa Sta., JR Kobe Line.
The restaurant’s name is “Kochouen”.
It's in a secluded place, so it looked like I needed a little courage to enter.
However, when I visited there, it was a popular Chinese restaurant with a good Showa atmosphere.
When I ordered a beer first, a bottled one was served, and I was glad.
And I ordered fried chicken and fried rice as meals.
Slowly, the master brought out a large piece of chicken and cut it up with a Chinese knife boldly and daringly with a loud bang.
Amazing! So authentic!
While frying the chicken, I was served a fried rice.
It was a little salty, however, it was non-sticky and yummy.
Rather, it matched with this saltiness and beer.
Then the long-awaited fried chicken was served, and was so huge.
It was crispy fried and the inside was juicy, so the taste was yummy.
I never thought I’d meet such a wonderful Chinese town in such a back alley.
And my gourmet sensor hasn't weakened either.
