急遽、西明石にて会食をする
ことになり、吟味せず店を
選択！！
コース料理を予約して店に
参りました！
国道2号線沿いの店に到着！
ところが、店の応対が変で、
何かがおかしいと思っていた
ところ、
予約が通ってないとのお話が
店の方からありました。
まるで疑われているような
感じでしたから、
予約の証拠を店に示し、
ようやく信じて頂けるという
信じられなーい！アクシデント！
レ・ミゼラブル！
帰ろうかとも思いましたが、
大人げないと、気を取り直して、
提供されました料理を楽しむ
ことに！
・鶏のたたき
・生ハムサラダ
・だし巻き玉子
・たこのカルパッチョ
・枝豆
・神戸牛串
・から揚げ
・ねぎま
・きす串
・手羽餃子
・焼き茄子
・焼そば
のコース料理を頂きました！
ちなみに単品メニューも豊富！
神戸牛は微妙でしたが、そ
の他は、コースでいただく
限り料理も一定のレベルには
達しています！
ただ、ドリンクを忘れられ、
催促しないと出てこない
など、ルールを守らない
割には、店内が、がら空き
でも滞在時間は厳守するよう
追い込まれるなど、
ホスピタリティーが
高いとはお世辞でも言うこと
ができず、飲食店経営に対して、
改めていろいろと考えさせられ
ました。
やはり、予約しているのに、
証拠を見せなければ信じない
店主の精神があらわれて
しまっているのでしょうか！
また120分飲み放題ですが、
料理の提供は60分で完了！
このあたりも不満が残る
ところ！
いいところもたくさんあるので、
たまたま運が悪かったのでしょう！
