I visited here about 10 years ago and was impressed by the conger Bar Sushi I had there, but I found out that the restaurant had moved a little from where it was, so I went back for the first time in a long time. The restaurant is located a short walk southeast from Akashi Station. The restaurant is cleaner and has a more luxurious atmosphere than before. I had eaten conger Bar Sushi before, but this time I wanted to try nigiri, so I ordered the special lunch platter. They were happy to accommodate my request to change the squid, and even though it is a high-end restaurant, the staff are very gentle and welcoming. The nigiri are all high quality and have the best taste, including amberjack, flounder, medium fatty tuna, and grilled conger eel. The conger eel box Sushi was also consistently delicious. It was crowded at the end of the year, but I was able to get my food relatively quickly, but as I was leaving, the chef said, "I'm sorry it took so long," and I thought I'd like to visit again. I was very satisfied this time, but the conger Bar Sushi was in a class of its own, so next time I would like to try the conger Bar Sushi.
