駅前ピザ屋さん、プレオープン中→ 2/9グランドオープン！
ＪＲ尼崎駅直近、キューズモールの向かい側という立地条件抜群の場所にピザ屋さんがオープンします。そして、今は、2/3~2/8というえらい長いプレオープン期間中です。
お店は２区画分の店舗面積を持つだけあってゆったりしており、ウッディーで明るくカジュアルな外観＆内装は、モスとかマクドの新業態かなと思わせる趣です。でも、全くの個人経営の店なんだそうです。
ゆったりした店内には、カウンター、テーブル席、ベンチシート席などが配置され、お一人様から団体まで、いろいろな用途に対応可能なのが売りですね。
赤いピッツァ窯が２台並んだ横には、ピッツァのテイクアウト用窓口もあります。そして、なぜかこの窓口はタバコ売り場も兼ねていたりします。でも店内は禁煙で、奥の木製ドアの向こうに喫煙室が用意されているようです。
プレオープン中のメニューは、ピッツァランチが980円、パスタランチが1080円で、いずれも税別です。これはもうちょっと安くしてほしいところですな~。
ただ、プラス100円で付くドリンクとしてコーヒーを注文したところ、フレンチプレスで出てきてたっぷり２杯分入っていたので、これにはお得感を感じました。
まだ、慣れない中なので、厨房はバタバタしていましたが、接客の女性スタッフは笑顔と丁寧な物腰で好感が持てます。ここはポイント高いですね。
味については、パスタとピッツァしか食べてないし、まだプレオープン中なので、言及を控えます。ピッツァは、職人さんが仕切って焼いているのではなく、スタッフの皆さんがマニュアルに沿って２台の窯をフル回転させているようです。ＪＲ尼崎には北と南にイタリアンバルがあり、それぞれ結構レベルが高いので、現状では同じ土俵で戦うと厳しいかもしれません。
ゆったりとした席を生かして、昼はママ友グループ、夜は小宴会グループ、休日はファミリー層を狙い、お得な料金のコースを設定したらどうかな？立地条件だけは抜群ですからね~。
