JR芦屋駅すぐのグラタン屋さん。
店内はカウンター席のみでいたるところにだじゃれが書いてあるという不思議なお店。
しかも、カウンターに座ってみるとなぜかレーンが…。
頼んだ料理はレーンに乗って届くというなんとも面白いシステム。
子供ウケも抜群だと思います！
私が頼んだのは
ハニーばぁちゃんのお気に入り！
ミニステーキ（わさび醤油）とミート系ミニグラタン 2052円
小鉢、サラダ、フランスパンorライスがつきます。
その名の通り、薄めで小さいミニステーキですが、味は抜群！
黒毛和牛のサーロインらしく、ジューシーで脂が甘いです(^o^)
グラタンはホワイトソースの主張が強すぎず、まろやかで全体が上手くまとまっています。
具材は鶏、ナス、マッシュルーム、ニンジン、マカロニ。
これがミート系なのかは良くわかりませんが、お味は抜群でした！
さすがはグラタン専門店のグラタンです。
味だけでなく、店長の遊び心があるのもいいですね(^o^)
