阪神西宮から南へ2分とほど近いが、ほとんど目立たないこの場所に素晴らしいパン屋さんがある。
店主の得意はハード系だそうだ。確かに、このへんではなかなか珍しい趣向のハード系パンが勢揃い。ベーコンエピをその場で頂いたが、半分で顎にきた。
この顎の感覚がパンをかじって食べて、生きていると感じる瞬間だ。パンの小麦感がグイグイ来る、鼻孔から香りが舞い上がるように抜けていく。そして、口の中の水分をぐんぐん奪っていく。
砂漠の民が食事をするような、そんなこのパンをかじるという、この至高の瞬間がやめられない。
スタッフの女性も明るく、会話も楽しい。
こんなパン屋さんが近所にある方々は幸せ者だ。
