家族で休日のお昼にお邪魔しました。
食べログをはじめ、他の方のブログでも評判のお店ですので少し緊張しつつ入店。
休日は予約を入れた方のみで営業されているのかお客さんはいないのに入口には「満員」...
職人がきっちり仕事した寿司って感じでした。
魚は瀬戸内海産にこだわっているそうで、シャリの量もちょうど良くとても美味しかったです。
特に青魚系の締め具合が秀逸です。
大将の愛想もとてもよく楽しい...
味良し、見た目良し、雰囲気良し、
気さくな大将と美味しいお寿司は絶品でした。
食べたいものを1番美味しい食べ方で出してくれて最高でした！
落ち着いた空間で何度も行きたくなるお店です
