•丼鉢の“ワンタン”は、生姜の効いたムチムチした餡。
•“餃子の王将”で食べるものや、少し凝った黒酢や塊肉を使うものを食べるうちに見失っていたオーセンティックな“酢豚”。
その見た目や、甘酢・豚肉の歯応えには満足だが、どうも人参が硬い。「油通ししていない」と言うものか。
•「おすすめメニュー」に有る“牛肉ヤキソバ 中華風煮込み”。
“中国料理 Kirin”や“かどや飯店”や“雅苑”等の広東料理系の店で「(ビーフ)シチュー焼きそば」として食べるものだろうと見当をつけて。
•具の白菜･青梗菜･八角の効いた牛肉は、想定していたものだが、上記の店の茶褐色のそれと比べて淡い色の餡。
•大盛で頼んだ所為か、焦げ目の付いた麺は巨大な塊。
•瓶ビールはアサヒスーパードライの中瓶。
•PayPay支払可。
•スポーツに興味を持たぬ朴念仁がこの辺りで日常を送っているので麻痺してしまっていたが、考えてみれば「観光地」と迄は言わぬが甲子園球場真ん前の店。
折しも、“第95回記念選抜高等学校野球大会”の只中の昼食時、定食類を頼む人達で満席の店で昼酒をしようとするのが野暮と言うもの。
