[5 minutes walk from JR Rokkomichi Station, 8 minutes walk from Hanshin Shinzaike Station] You can also use Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at Hanamizuki Rokkomichi branch♪ Variety of menus
``Izushi soba'' is characterized by its smooth texture and rich aroma. At Hanamizuki, we carefully knead locally produced soba and are particular about the aromatic, hand-made taste. Please enjoy the h |
I had some errands to do on Rokkomichi and was looking for some soba on the way home so I came here. Judging from the appearance of the restaurant, I thought it would be an old-fashioned soba restaurant with plenty of set meals, but I was surprised by the extensive a la carte menu. There were many menus on display, and I was so shocked by how cheap Mukago's Tempura was (I forget the exact price, but I think it was around 180 yen) that I ordered it. There were quite a variety of local sake available, so I wasn't planning on drinking it, but since Mukago Tempura was also available, I wanted Izushi's Sasazuru. It was a nice sake with a simple taste. Soba noodles. At Izushi's Sarasoba, sip with the dashi soup and add the yam for a sip. It has a good texture and goes down your throat, and you can finish it in no time. Today, I arrived 15 minutes before last order, so I wasn't able to take my time to drink soba, but next time I'd like to prepare my stomach. Even at the time of closing, the place was almost full. A good store that is clearly popular with the locals.
