『鮨 とびこめ』
住宅街の一角にある隠れ家的なお店で、本格的な江戸前寿司を堪能することができます
今回頂いたのはおまかせ握りコース（税込 10,000円 ）
特に美味しかったメニュー3品を紹介✨
❶「鮪」
コースの中で出てきた3種（本マグロ赤身、中トロ、大トロ）はどれも絶品まったりとした食感と奥深い旨味を味える一品でした！鮪が美味しかったので〆に追加でトロたくも注文しました！
❷「煮アナゴ」
ホロホロで口溶けよく風味溢れるアナゴは絶品！風味を削がないために極力醤油は使わないスタイル！めちゃめちゃ美味しかったです
❸「雲丹」
まずは見た目の美しさ口に入れた瞬間とろけるほど舌触りがなめらかで、味は驚くほど濃厚！甘みもしっかり感じますが、それ以上に味の濃さが強い印象でした！
その他のお寿司、一品も全て美味しかったです
このレベルで1万円ポッキリは本当に素晴らしかったです✨
店名は先代が気軽に来てほしいという思いを込めて名付けられたそうです！
赤酢を用いるものと米酢とブレンドした角の立たないシャリを使用するなど、細かいところまでこだわりを感じます
ランチタイムは3500円、5500円のコースもあり、コスパが素晴らしい！
店内も清潔感があり、カウンター以外に個室もあり、落ち着く空間でした！記念日やデートなんかにもオススメです
