人気ピッツェリアのterzoさんの３号店が出来たと、雑誌で発見。
しかも１５時から営業とか！
家内とディナーに伺いました。
～オーダーは～
●前菜盛り合わせ（600円×2） レンズ豆のサラダ、ナスズッキーニのカポナータ、リエット
●ブータンブラン（1400円） 白インゲン豆の煮込み添え（カルボナーラのような卵黄とクリームのソース）
●マルゲリータ（1300円）
●原木椎茸と和牛の煮込みタリアテッレ（1800円）
●大山豚ロースト（2400円）
●ルッコラと生ハムのピッツア（1600円）追加しました＾＾
●クレマンボトル
●ロゼワイングラス

ピッツァは、テルツォさんらしいプックリと焼けた軽いピッツァ。
サイズが小さめなので、ペロリと種類が食べられます◎
手打ちパスタも文句の付けようがない美味しさ。
大山豚のローストは、絶妙な焼き加減で、バクバクと頂きました。
あまりに美味しいので、ピッツァをもう１枚追加しました。秒殺してやりました＾＾
ピッツァ職人と、料理人と、ソムリエさんが揃っていて、
皆さんお若いながらも、プロの仕事をされてます。
正直、ピッツェリアなので料理は期待してなかったのですが、
良い意味で裏切られました。全部美味しい☆
カウンターで頂きましたが、スタッフの皆さん、フランクで愛想良し。
気持ち良く食事できました。
余談ですが、ソムリエールのお姉さんメチャ美人です☆
駅近で、使い勝手の良い店が出来て、嬉しいです♪
