阪神・JRの元町駅から歩いてすぐ。
高校時代からの友人との年末会合で
利用させていただきました。
友人がこのお店の情報をゲットし、事前予約をしてくれたので、
駅で集合の後、スムーズに入店できました。
ありがたいです。
テーブル席に座し、メニューを拝見。
注文したのは、
「お得なおぼやセット」の温玉トッピング（1280＋100円（税込））
「お得な」とついている時点で、もう飛びついてしまいますね。
お店の一番のおすすめの「おぼ丼」に「おぼやハーフ冷麺」がついてくる、とのこと。
ごはん大盛りを無料でしていただけるようなので、
空腹な我々はそれに。
「焼肉丼」ということで、お客さんは男性多数・・・と思いきや、
意外や意外、女性の方が多い。
焼肉屋さん特有の壁・地面のギトギトや匂いはあまり感じませんし、
各座席間もゆったりとしており、店内環境が整っているからでしょうか。
程なくして、大きなお盆にのってのご登場。
大きな白い器が二つ。
まずは「おぼ丼」から。
温玉を少し崩して、お肉とネギをすくって、
2種のネギを少しのせて口へ。
・・・ほおお。
他の一般的な焼肉丼と比べて、幾分タレが甘めの印象。
「すき焼き」っぽい甘さといえばしっくりくるでしょうか。
温玉が合います。
お肉はコリっとした歯ごたえ。
噛むとしっかりした肉の旨味が出てきて
タレとの相乗効果が生まれます。
好きな人が多そうな、間違いない味ですね。
セットの「冷麺」はすっきりとした酸味としょっぱがらさ。
麺は細目ですが、強くのど越しもいい。
もちろん丼に合いますし、後味がさっぱりするのもいい。
ボリュームはそこそこありましたが、
さらりと完食。
女性の方に人気なのも頷けます。
他の種類の丼もあるようで、
メニューも豊富なので、
機会があればまた。
