神戸牛がリーズナブルに食べられる店という事でランチに訪問。
低予算で食べたい…と思っても鰻並みに高いお値段。
ほんの少しで良いので、有名ブランドである神戸牛を食べたかった。
訪問した店内は和風ウッデイで素敵な雰囲気。
紫煙を避けるために、禁煙の「掘りごたつ式個室」を予約をした。
注文は、「神戸牛ランチ80g」3,300円税込、ささやかな贅沢である。
女性スタッフ曰く、「本来ならばお肉の説明しますが…今は忙しいので省略します！」との事。
正直、神戸牛の凄さがわからなかった。
焼き加減はミディアムだが、特別感を感じない。
もちろん、普段に口にするオーストラリア産や米国産とは違う。
でも、スーパーで買う国産和牛の味わいとの顕著な差が…わからなかった。
もしテレビ番組の「芸能人格付け」的に言うと、ありえへん2ランク格下げ気分。
神戸牛さん…本当にごめんなさい。
赤ワインや生ビール飲みながら、友人と雰囲気だけ味わう。
ライスにカレーも添えて食べたけど、豪華な気分になれなかった。
店内はほぼ満席、ほとんどランチメニューの客だったような気がする。
合計は8,250円、旅行支援で8,000円分カバーして、250円の現金払い。
多分、人生最初で最後の神戸牛！
