前から気になっていたのですが、いつも並んでいたり満席で入れず…
今回は、前日の夜に席だけ予約をしていきました♪
当日行ってみると、案内を聞く限りやはり予約している方が多かったように思うので、予約して行くことをオススメします◎
スタッフの方々は、落ち着いた接客対応でとても心地が良かったです。お料理が運ばれるタイミングは、ゆっくり味わうランチとしてお料理の余韻に浸れる間隔で丁度良かったです◎
今回は、友達と2人で土曜日にランチのBコース☆
前菜3種
・ジャガイモの冷製スープ
・イチゴとフェタチーズのサラダ
・ポークハム ツナソース添え
前菜3種からクオリティ高め！！
スープは、ジャガイモの舌触り、お芋の感じを残したものでお芋本来の味がしっかりしていました◎
サラダのフェタチーズ、チーズ好きな方にはとってもオススメ！！塩味が強いチーズと紹介されましたが、強過ぎない味でサラダにベストマッチでした◎

・ホタルイカとンドゥイヤ(ペースト状の辛口サラミ)のパスタ
これまたホタルイカとベストコンビなンドゥイヤのパスタは、アルデンテより少〜しかためなパスタで好みでした。
メイン
・天草ポークステーキ 粗塩とパプリカソース添え
お肉の焼き加減はミディアムレア。粗塩は、お肉の甘みを引き立てくれていましたし、パプリカソースはパプリカの香り、味をお肉と一緒に味わえるナイスなコンビネーション☆
他のお料理も気になるので、またゆっくり時間がある時に伺いたいと思います^_^
