■神戸牛を使ったステーキ、ハンバーグさらにそばめしなどリーズナブルに楽しめるカジュアルレストラン。
海外の観光客にも人気でGoogleでの口コミも多く、今回ランチで行ってきました。
■店内様子
店内キッチンには25mmの鉄板があり、一気に焼き上げて調理、素材のうまみを閉じ込めることができるそうです。
■神戸牛入りプレミアムハンバーガー 1,480円
神戸牛を使用したパティの上に、自家製の神戸牛入りのしぐれ煮をトッピングしたハンバーガー。
学校や病院、喫茶店向けの業務パン製造している「原田パン」さんのバンズや神戸うれしおトマトを使用、兵庫県産のものをふんだんに使ってます。
鉄板で焼き上げたバンズは外はカリ、中はふわっとしてほんのりと甘さもあり、パティとの相性も良かった。
国産豚と神戸牛を混ぜ合わせたパティは、厚めで食べ応えあり、淡路島産玉ねぎを使用した自家製ハンバーガーソースが合わさって美味しいです。
セットドリンクはジンジャーエール、強めの炭酸でハンバーガーにはこれですね！
