増毛です
留萌の道の駅に向かう途中
前から気になってたコチラで蕎麦食べます
入り口を入ると クッキーを焼く良い香り
一瞬 スイーツとドリンクで
カフェ使いしようかと悩みますが
ここは 初心貫徹！ 蕎麦食べます！
蕎麦は 幌加内産 ほろみのりと 北わせ
道産小麦道産子Uとの 二八蕎麦
毎朝手打ちしてるそう
私は「もりそば」(700円)
若干 蕎麦に太い細いのムラがありますが
噛みごごち良く
ほんのり甘さも感じられて美味しい！
蕎麦の香りが弱めなのは
時期のせい？ なのかな？？
蕎麦つゆも 鰹の香り良く
塩味もまろやかで 好みのタイプ
蕎麦湯はとろみ弱めの白濁タイプ
うん！ 美味しかった！！
連れは「かけそば」(790円)
美味しいね！と 食べてました( *´艸｀)
スイーツメニューも どれも 美味しそうだったし
なにより 蕎麦が 気に入ったので
増毛に行ったら また 寄りたいと思います！
