小平町の市街地にあります。
留萌市から国道２３９号線で北上すると左側に見えます。
のぼりがいっぱいあるのでわかりやすいです。
入り口を入ると靴を脱ぐことになっています。
中に入り空いている席に案内されました。
ココはお蕎麦屋さんです。
メニューは、冷たいそばと温かいそばに分かれています。
一番人気と書かれている
『鴨汁そば』
を注文しました。
ここのお蕎麦は、地元の小平産１００％のそば粉を使用しているそうです。
およそ１０分ほどで運ばれてきました。
そば粉の色合いのツヤツヤしたお蕎麦です。
まず、お蕎麦をそのままいただきました。
蕎麦の優しい風味がします。
何もつけなくてもたいへん美味しい味わいです。
蕎麦湯が楽しみです。
次に鴨汁を浸していただくと違った味わいに変化します。
鴨汁はしっかりした味わいです。
鴨肉が３切れ入っています。
弾力があります。
鴨の脂が甘く感じます。
