今日のランランランチはえこりん村にある｢らくだ軒恵庭店｣さんで｢デミグラスハンバーグセット｣
その日によって数量が変わる。今日は限定4食。
前回未入荷だったので予め電話で確認すると｢11:30頃から提供する予定ですが品数が少ないのでお早めにお越し下さいと｣の事。11:00着オーダー後11:15分着丼。客入りにもよるが11:30着ならありつけなかっただろう。事情を確認すると、朝一だと工場からの入荷時間と数が不明との事。早目着店で大正解。
さてお味の方は、その場でアツアツ鉄板ハンバーグにソースをかけるパターン。ヨダレが出るねぇデミソースは甘めで好きな味付け。チーズハンバーグはジューシーふっくら。
でもこの内容で1740円は正直高いが20%オフ割引券で良しとしよう。
次はグラタンとチーズフォカッチャで。
