過去の蔵出しレビュー記事につきTL告知オフで投稿する。
5年ほど前、新婚旅行で北海道をレンタカーで旅したっけと。旭川から札幌、札幌から小樽、小樽から函館と。
小樽に宿泊した際の夕飯では当店を訪問。
高級感のある店内、落ち着いた雰囲気と接客サービス。
「しかま握り」3240円
お店の名前を冠するメニューを食べた。ちゃんと職人さんが握った寿司、雲丹やいくらなど新鮮で臭みもなく美味しかった。
近くの席に座った女子大生と思しきお客さんが感極まった風に『美味しい！』やら『凄い！』やらを連発していた。
しかし、一般庶民である我々夫婦には少し上品過ぎたかも？この後、小腹が減ってもう一軒行くことに(笑)。
