お目当のお店が予約で満席と断られたために、こちらのお店にお伺いしました。
函館山の夜景を見る前の、夕飯です。
目当は北海道の旬の食材です。
せっかくなので、いつもよりいっぱい食べようと頑張りました。
イカ刺し
本当に透明のイカです。コリコリしてて美味しかった！お値段ほ千円です。
下関でも美味しいイカは食べられますが、ここまで安くはないです。
アスパラの天ぷら
こちらも旬の食材で食べると決めていました。天ぷらはわりとボリュームがあってびっくり。
もう少し大きなアスパラだと良かったかなあ。
道産サラダ
ぽてちが乗っていて、食感が楽しいです。ドレッシングは甘さもあって好きな味です。
貝類三種盛り
ホタテ、北寄貝、ツブ貝です。
ツブ貝はこりこりしていて美味しかったです。全体的にボリュームが少ない気がします。
北あかりのバター
北あかりは美味しいジャガイモです。甘みがあって、バターとよく合いますね。
ソーセージとジャガイモと玉ねぎのチーズソース
ソースがちょっと塩気が強い気がします。玉ねぎが美味しかったです。
アルコールは日本酒のお銚子を二本。
お刺身を、沢山オーダーしたし、お酒も結構飲んだので、居酒屋ですが値段が高めになった気がします。
