名古屋で初めて食べた「トンテキ」がウマ過ぎて、それ以降色んな場所で目にするとあの時の味を求めて食べてますが、ソースがイマイチしっくり来ず…
今日は店名にも「トンテキ」が付いているのでかなり期待できるだろうと思い、サッポロトンテキさに来ました。
メニューはいろいろとあるみたいですが、やはり今日はトンテキ定食(200g)を当然、ウスターソースで注文。
「特性ウスターソース」ですから、期待レベルもMAX振り切りました。
すっごく楽しみです。
5分ほどで着膳(早っ！)
キャベツの量が爆盛です。その脇に厚みのあるポークもウマそうです。
けど、メニューの写真にあったような多少焦げ目が付いて肉の表面をソースが纏ってる感じはなく、意外と薄味感が伝わってきます。
でも、特性ウスターソースまみれになっているのでウマそうです。
早速厚みあるトンテキをナイフでカットしひと口。
？？？特製ウスターソース？？？
まぢか。。。期待していたような旨味たっぷりの秘伝系のソースではなく、普通にウスターソースです。
特製感は殆どないので、テーブルにあったマヨを掛けるとウスターソースと融合してウマい。
それとあまり存在感の無い豚汁が予想外に美味かったです。
豚挽き肉の入った旨みまみれの美味しい豚汁でした。
今回のトンテキは美味しかったけど、白飯を食わずにいられない程の味ではないかな。
こんなに肉肉しいのに味はワイルドさが欠けてる気がしました。勿体ない。
