【濃厚つけ麺：1,100円】
市場にあります。麺量聞いたら250ｇとの事で多め。大盛にしたら多分350ｇとか？そこまでいくと多すぎるのでデフォルトにしました。ちなみに昔は大盛は無料だった模様、今は+120円します。
店員さん4名、でも調理してるのは大将っぽい人1人だけで残り3人は調理してるところを見守ってるなんか不思議な光景。配膳や食器洗いはその3人がやってます。
味は濃厚で美味しく「あらとん」はあら焚き豚骨の略で、豚骨スープに魚のアラを加えて仕上げたスープみたいです。中太麺はコシが強く歯ごたえがあり。最後はスープ割りでフィニッシュ。
