横浜高島屋の大北海道展。ウニが食べたくて3色弁当を物色。おたる蝦夷屋さんと迷いましたが、結局札幌カニ工房さんで食べ比べ弁当1,674円（税込）を購入。ウニカニイクラが楽しめて、他よりリーズナブルでした。
家に帰って早速いただきます。わさびを取り出し醤油にといてから全体へ。冷蔵庫にあったすだちをカニ部分に絞りました。
カニは弁当の半分にギッシリ敷き詰められており、ほのかな甘さが。濃厚なウニと合わせて食べると、すだちのさっぱり感もあって箸がとまりません。イクラもたっぷり入っており大満足。ご馳走さまでした。
