初めて札幌行った頃から気になっていた店に初訪問。この店は主役はあくまでホルモン。ジンギスカンは脇役です。
生ビールからハイボールをいただき。ここの店はハーフもあるからありがたい。
●豚がつ塩 さっぱり、こりこり。なかなか焼けなかった。火力弱めか？
●心臓 ハツのをストレートに心臓と言うのが素敵だ！新鮮。
●ツラミ 肉肉しく。おかわりしたいくらい。
●シマチョウ 提灯に書かれているほど看板商品。鉄板の真ん中でファイヤーしないように焼いてと指導される。
やっぱり長くやっている店は秀でたものを持っています。札幌まだまだ宿題にしている店多いから一軒一軒攻略していきたいですね。
