中華そば（小）（630円）
ランチで訪問。いつも行列している人気店だが平日13時頃の訪問では待ちなくスッと入店。とはいえ店内は満席状態で、チャーシュー（小）を目当てに伺ったが既にチャーシューのメニューは軒並み売り切れだったので、中華そばを小でオーダー。
錦糸たまごが乗っているのが特徴的で、刻み青ネギと細もやしの具材ラインナップに、中華そばながら大振りのチャーシューが３枚乗っている。これは嬉しい。
スープは醤油とんこつで少しとろみのあるクリーミーなタイプ。醤油のキレや酸味、豚骨のコクなどが控えめでかなりマイルドな優しい味わいで、少し物足りなさがあるので卓上のコショウを投入してパンチをプラスすると求める味に近づく。
麺は中細の角材系ストレート。ぷつぷつと歯切れの良い食感で喉越しもよく、スープがしっかり絡むのでスルスルと口に運ぶことができる。
錦糸たまごのサクッとしたアクセントが何とも言えない感じの中、細もやしのシャキ感がバランスを保たせており旨い。チャーシューはカットが薄いため柔らかな口当たりで、カエシの染み込みもよくスープと麺にマッチして旨い。
やはり次回はチャーシューを狙って伺いたい。
