At our restaurant, all soba dishes, side dishes, and desserts are handmade by skilled soba artisans and served fresh. We don’t have a central kitchen, so there are no microwaves here. We avoid using dried noodles, frozen foods, chemical seasonings, or additives, focusing instead on cooking with fresh, live ingredients straight to your table. This makes our meals safe for children to enjoy, which is something we take pride in. Plus, all our cooking staff are experienced soba artisans who are full-time employees! We don’t have part-time or temporary workers in the kitchen.

Our restaurant is unique on the 6th floor of Minamo, featuring large windows that offer a view of the outside. Enjoy the changing scenery of Hiroshima Station!
Food This is a rare soba made with domestic buckwheat flour.
About 80% of soba flour in Japan is imported from overseas (like China and the U.S.). We proudly serve authentic Japanese soba made with over 90% of rare domestic soba flour, which only accounts for 20% of the total distribution in Japan. Not only does it have a wonderful aroma and smooth texture, but it is also packed with essential nutrients like rutin, vitamin B, and dietary fiber. Enjoy genuine Japanese soba with peace of mind. Please note that we do not use any pre-made or dried noodles; all our noodles are freshly made in-house.
Food Tempura is fried robustly in light sesame oil.
Our tempura is served hot and fresh, made to order. We use only Taihaku light sesame oil for frying, which means no trans fats like those found in regular vegetable oils. Customers often say they can enjoy a lot without feeling heavy afterwards. Plus, our tempura batter, made with small shrimp, is expertly shaped by hand using just a pot and chopsticks. Since we don't use a fryer, you can savor perfectly crispy and light tempura.

Our restaurant is a branch of "Yabu Soba" located on the 10th floor of Sogo Hiroshima. We take pride in our rich menu featuring traditional soba, tempura, and creative Japanese dishes. Enjoy the conve...nience of being directly connected to the station, along with a relaxing atmosphere and a great view from our large windows.
★ From December 27 (Saturday) to January 4 (Sunday), we are not accepting reservations for seats.
★ For the "Tabi Zanzai" course, reservations are available for window-side seats, while "seat only" reservations are for hall seating.
★ Private half-rooms are available for groups of 8 to 10 people (reservation by phone required).
