Enjoy the exquisite fluff!
Happy Pancakes are made with carefully selected ingredients and carefully controlled temperature to provide fluffy Pancakes. The whipped butter that brings out the rich taste of eggs is made from high |
I visited on a weekday evening. It wasn't very crowded, but there were about 4 or 5 other groups of customers besides myself, including Western and Chinese customers. I had previously seen the Tokyo restaurant featured on TV and was interested in it, but I didn't have a chance to go so I finally decided to visit. Since it was my first time, I ordered the basic signboard menu ``Happy Pancakes'' drink set.It seems like it takes a while to bake, but as long as I was looking at my phone and waiting, I didn't feel like I had to wait that long and it was served. Three tall, fluffy (or should I say fluffy) Pancakes arranged cutely with whipped butter? and with caramel sauce. I had coffee as a drink, but it was served in a paper cup. Pancakes are soufflé-like, less floury than regular Pancakes, and the taste is light with a slight sweetness. Add syrup for just the right amount of sweetness. It's relatively large, so you'll feel satisfied even during tea time. Since this was my first visit, I opted for the basic menu, but Pancakes are voluminous and I think a menu with many different flavors would be more delicious. I felt that menus with fruits etc. would be better suited.
