広島一格式高いホテルレストランであり、正統派フレンチであるとのことで、記念日に行ってきました。
一番高いコース料理をいただいたのですが、全てにおいて満足しました。
レストラン内の雰囲気、夜景、料理の盛り付け、味、量、サービス、こんなに満足したのは初めてです。
素材のひとつひとつがもの凄く美味しかった！
料理がとにかく私好みでした。ドンピシャでした。こんなの初めてでした。
お花とタルトのサプライズ、温かいお心遣いに感激しました。
記念日利用でとにかく思い出に残したかったため、お料理等の写真を撮りまくってしまいました。
快くご了承してくださったこととても感謝しております。
シェフパティシエのデザート、これも最高に美味しかったです。
ちなみに白い塊は「モンブラン2013」です。毎年変わっているそうです。
来年はどんなんかな〜。楽しみです。
もひとつのはいちぢくの塊がごろ〜んと乗っていました。
その後のデザートワゴンだったのでどうしても味を比べてしまいましたが、このデザートワゴンがあることもお店を選んだ要素でしたので、無くならないで欲しいです。
デザートワゴンは、チョコレートとミルクレープが美味しかったです。
また絶対に行きます！
私はアルコールがほっとんど飲めませんので今回も飲んでいませんが、ワインを飲んでいた旦那によるとアルコールの数は少なめだったらしいです。
食後の紅茶は普通の味でした。レモンの皮は綺麗に取ってくれておりました。
