21時30分ごろ訪問。カウンター席が１つ空いていたので、すぐ入店。
そば肉玉930円を注文。
他店のように、さまざまなトッピングで稼ぐのではなく、肉玉そばというシンプルなメニューで勝負しています。
下生地は他店より大きめ。キャベツも多め。豚肉もやや分厚めが３枚。そして、じっくり焼く。
麺は磯野製麺。茹でてパリパリにします。玉子は見えなかったが、二黄玉らしい。
到着したお好み焼きは、口に入れたら、玉子とキャベツの風味がふわっと広がります。
マヨネーズはなし。ソースも少なめだが、これは、テーブルにあるオタフクソースをお好みで。
気を衒わず、キャベツと玉子、そばで勝負している感があり、人気の理由がわかります。
