お昼営業をされていると知って伺いました 久しぶり
カウンター席で<タンシチュー御膳>を頂きました
最初に茶碗蒸し
器の1/3のくらいの少量ですが、具は色々たっぷり
熱々を最初に頂けるのはこの寒い時期嬉しいですね
前菜四種
これはお茶では間が持たないなぁ
盛り付けも器も寒々しい
グツグツの土鍋がやって来ました
それにご飯とアオサの味噌汁に香の物
女将さんが蓋を取ってくれます
角切りの牛タンと野菜とサラサラのソース
銀座の「銀の塔」を思い出しました
女将さんの客あしらいは、さすが盛り場で長年続いたお店だなと
帰りに『お友達連れて河豚食べに来てね～』とテイクアウトメニューとチラシを渡されました
