商店街の角のはち乃木さんでカフェをした時に、よく聞くと数軒隣りのバッケンモーツァルトさんが親会社と知り味も良かったのでお土産用にレモンケーキやもみじ饅頭を求め来店。
外見からしてケーキやパイが基本の洋菓子店さん。
一階は普通にケーキ屋さんの様でお土産用のレモンケーキなどが無いので店員さんに聞いてみると二階のカフェコーナーと併用してお土産コーナーがあり、広島らしいレモンケーキやゼリーや広島名物のもみじ饅頭がありました。
レモンケーキを購入し、帰宅後に試食したところ今回たべた中で一番ケーキらしいレモンケーキで美味しく！やはり餅屋は餅屋！ケーキはケーキ屋さんで購入がベストだと思いました。
