フランス人ママの生地から手作り本当のフランス家庭の味。 塩味（キッシュ）と甘味のタルトの店。
手の温度がバターの溶け具合を左右する手練りのブリゼ生地はその作り手の個性を引き出します。繊細かつ大胆に練られた小麦粉に、添加物に頼らない隠し味を入れて作ったタルト台の中に、これも丁寧に下ごしらえされた季節の野菜を入れてアパレイユを流し込む。これらの手間のかかる作業とオーブンで焼き上げた後の冷やす時間が仕上がりのミニマルな形と美しさを決めます。最後にきれいに切り分けて塩味タルトの出来上がり。
