群馬桐生名物ひもかわうどんのお店。
桐生が岡動物園を早めに切り上げこちらに訪問。
駐車場は店前5台あり、離れた所に砂利の駐車場で3台ほどある。
店内は満席で待ち4組ほど…で後客多数。外に待ち席は10席程度ある。
待つ時は順番待ちではなく名前を記入して待つタイプ。口コミにあるが初で知らないと間違えそう…名前は呼ばれるが…記入の案内等声かけは無い。
30分ほど待って店内に
店内は思ったより広くカウンターが2ヶ所ありテーブル×3卓に奥に大きなテーブルの10人掛がある。
注文したのは連れが天ざる1100円(税込)をひもかわうどんに変更+50円
俺がたっぷりソースカツ丼セット1180円(税込)をひもかわ+50円にして大盛+150円、子供がたぬきうどん550円(税込)配膳は全部到着で約20分ほど
連れの天ぷらは茄子、オクラ、椎茸、海老で衣が薄くサクサク、海老のサイズも大きめで味も良かったとの事
ひもかわは初なので実際見るとびっくり、薄くかなりの幅広で1本1本丁寧に折って盛り付けされてます。
ソースカツ丼はヒレカツを薄く叩いた物で見た目は大きいが薄め、タレの味は甘辛なタレでこのタレが旨い！タレがかかったご飯だけでもいける(笑)
ひもかわうどんはこしはないがモチモチツルツル！麺は幅広なのにすすれるが…勢いつけるとつけ汁がこぼれます。
たぬきうどんは普通のうどん麺を選んだが…こちらはコシもあり美味しい！
普通の麺でもハズレはない感じです。良いお店でした～
