斜め裏の駐車場に車を止め、平日11時開店と
同時に入店し、カウンターに着席。
鰻重(竹)と肝焼きを注文(計5,100円)
まずは程なくして肝焼きが登場、ほろ苦さと、
タレの甘さが良いバランスで、プリクニュ、
これは日本酒が飲みたくなるヤツ(友)です。
さらに待つ事30分を経て、真打登場!
某YouTubeチャンネルを参考に、鰻をめくって
ご飯に山椒を振るスタイルでいざ実食!
身はふわトロタイプで、良い塩梅のタレに
山椒を効かせたご飯共と一緒に口へ運んでゆく。
付け合わせのおしんこや肝吸い等も
良い共演となり、それを無心に繰り返して、
あっという間に完食。
後ろ髪を引かれつつ、前橋の地に別れを告げる、
また機会があれば伺いますね。
