It is about a 20-minute walk from Noshi Station on the Akechi Line. However, it is better to take a taxi (about 5 minutes) from the last stop, Akechi Station. There are two routes to Akechi Station: take the Totetsu bus bound for Akechi Station from Mizunami Station on the JR Chuo Line to the last stop, Akechi Station (about 40 minutes), or take the Akechi Railway from Ena Station on the JR Chuo Line. 959 meters from Noshi. |

初訪
恵那市の山奥に在る同店。
方向音痴なので、岐阜市の北西部(滋賀県寄り)と思っていたら、思いっきり反対側(長野県寄り)でした...
営業時間は1100-1400の3時間のみ...1100、1200、1300スタートの3回転制。
お料理は、込2400円:ミニ蕎麦懐石のワンメイク
① 十割そば、② 岩魚塩焼き、③ 蕎麦ガレット、④ レアチーズケーキ
到着1045。
ふと見ると「営業中」の札が出てたので、1050に入店しますと、渋々ながら入れてくれました。
1100まで料理は出てこないと思ってましたら、1分も経たないうちに、① が登場して、退店1115のスピード感...
以下、食した所感。
【①】
・見た目的に美しく無いと思った蕎麦は久しぶり
・香り:△、旨味:X、汁:昆布多めでマイルド
・薬味:刻み葱、山葵:混ぜ
・此のスピード感は、よほどの名人or作り置き。キンキンに冷えてましたので、後者と想定。
・蕎麦湯:茹で汁でしょう。
【②】
・蕎麦湯を飲み始めたら間髪入れず登場。
・後半分表面の波打つ塩(化粧塩ではありません)が不思議な感じ。塩水に浸けて焼いたのでしょうか?
・頭+骨までバリバリと食せます(炭火ですと最低30分は必要)。事前調理か業務用のグリルでの調理と想定。
・身はパサ付き感があり、飲み込む際にお茶が活躍。
【③】
・具はベーコン、チーズ、人参、青菜
・①以上に美しさを感じない料理
【④】
・チーズケーキと云うよりは、チーズプリンの方が的を得ているような...此れが1番美味しかった。
予定よりも早く終わってしまい、半年前に入店出来なかった中津川の蕎麦店が車で1時間圏内にあったので、其方でリベンジを図ります。
早く終了してくれて感謝、感謝。
