事前に自分ひとりで訪問し、県庁前店や加納の老舗、関の老舗などを食べ歩き、日曜日のお昼に接待で使えるお店を探索した結果、このお店に。
お客様をお連れした場合にうなぎは待ち時間が出来るので、鯉の洗い、肝焼き、鰻ざくなどとビールで時間を潰すのですが、肝焼きが売り切れ。
しかたなく、肝焼き抜きで上記メニューを注文。
先に上記メニューとビールを持って来て頂き助かりました。
東京からのお客様で鯉の洗いは初めてでとても美味しいとのこと。
うなぎは、夜の食事もあるため、食べ過ぎないように並を注文。
カリッとして厚めで脂がのったうなぎでお客様も感動されてみえました。
