オープンは11時30分、5分前に到着。
住宅地にありますが、駐車場はありますよ。
ゾロゾロと車から降りてきます。
1人なのでカウンターへ。
10分ぐらいすると待ちになってます。
さて、ロース霜降りか、ヒレか。
悩むけど、ロース霜降り（Cカツ）をオーダー。
定食とかはなく、ご飯も別でオーダーね。
カウンターでしかも、調理目の前の席をゲットしたので、色々興味深々。カツを揚げる、切る、盛る。無駄がない。
さて、数十分でサーブ。
ボリュームある。
カツを一口頂く。
まず、脂の旨みが、甘くてご飯欲しくなる。味噌のおかげ？違う、豚肉の旨みを感じた。美味すぎる。
キャベツの水分が、味噌に迫ってくる。
ここは、食べるペースに合わせて、レイアウトを変える意識は必要かな。
私か、食べるのが早いので、耐えれるけど、シチュエーションによっては色々あるので、Bestで食べたいね。
ご飯も美味いし、全て満足です。
また、来ます。味噌カツ感じたい、そんなタイミングでイキタイです。
