出先のディナータイム、今宵は洋食でとググり始め、幾つか候補を決めてパトロール。一つ目は、ちょっと違うかなぁでスルーして、2件目で入店。見た目もだけど、外で見た「小皿料理」が刺さったからね。
結果、美味しいバルのディナーを楽しめたし、次回があった場合のオーダーも、勉強できて良かった。
座ると聴こえてくるBGM、オジさんにはイイ感じだから期待値も上がる。
オーダーは、ハウスワイン白とタパス3種のアペリティーボ、前菜盛り合わせで様子見ですね。
白ワイン、想定よりも濃いめの味でグッときます。普通に美味しい。
3種は、にんじんしりしりと、鯖のマリネにつぶ貝の煮付け。どれも手を掛けたのが分かり、美味しいお品ばかりです。
追加で、自家製パテをタパスでと、羊肉とジャガイモのチーズ焼き。期待大です。パテは一つでと思ったら、「お一人ならタパスにすると、量が少なくて他も楽しめますよ」と嬉しい情報。グッドサービスです。
パテは粒々感が残って美味しいし、初めていただいたグレープマスタード、こりゃ秀逸ですねえ。淡い酸味、果汁の甘みと皮の渋みが、絶妙に絡み合う。
と思えば、ピクルスは私にとって、かなり濃いめ。酸味も辛味も強いし、でもそれが刺激になる人もいるかもね。
羊肉とポテトのチーズ焼きが供されると、想定とは違って、それなりのサイズの器がこんもりとチーズに埋まっている。
スパイシーな香りと、チーズのイイ匂いが混ざってます。熱いけど、こりゃ美味しい。カレーっぽい風味が鼻腔を抜けるし、味も楽しめる。マッタリと〆を飾る一品でした。
印象が良くて〆の追加、クレマカタラナ(焼きプリン)、甘いのにすんなりいただける、風味もイイ感じですね。
ごっちゃんでした。またの機会があれば、他の一品を楽しみたい。
