大通りから入るのに苦労する一店。
入ると囲炉裏の様なカウンターとテーブル席 座敷がそれぞれ何卓かある。
ざるそばを頼む。
メニューがたいそうご立派なのが目に付く。
決して混雑してはいないのだけど、結構待ち時間があり ようやく運ばれてきた。
二段。
のりがたっぷり。
香りは弱いが ほこり臭いそばの香りがする。
持ち上げると 長いのできっと繋ぎがたっぷり入っているのだろう。
そのまま食べると 水切れがイマイチなのが影響して 水臭い。
しかし、しっかり冷やしてあるので口当たりはつるりと気持ち良い。
お味は・・・。
蕎麦の風味は完全に飛んでしまっていおり、気持ち程度なのが残念。
まずくはないが 物足りない。
露は濃いめの味付け。ダシの香りは強め。
露の味で 蕎麦を頂く感じが強い。
蕎麦湯は 軽くとろみのある蕎麦湯。
うどんも同じ釜で茹でているのか、塩味が強い。
結局、蕎麦を食べに行く店ではなく、みんなでお食事するにはいい店だろう。
ただ 女将の中国人さながらの甲高い声や ひっきりなしに聞こえてくる小言が気になるので、
そういった雰囲気を重視する方には お勧めしません。
