磐梯山のふもと、猪苗代湖畔にある美しく透明で温もりさえ感じさせるレストハウス
ドイツ・フランケン地方の原料を使ったオリジナルビールを製造。レストランで地ビールに合うメニューを豊富に取り揃えております。同敷地内にあります「世界のガラス館」では、世界各国のガラス製品25000種類を展示販売しております。また、地元の有名お土産菓子を扱う「おかし館」や「だんご館」「健康食品館」も併設しております。 |
約半世紀振りに野口英世記念館に行った後、向かいの「猪苗代地ビール館」へ行って来ました。
磐梯山を望める席に座り、” 猪苗代地ビール5種類お楽しみセット ” に ” 会津玄白十割つけそば ” を注文。
残念ながら雲が掛かっていて磐梯山の山頂までは見えなかった。
どの地ビールも美味しかったが、ヴァイツェン、ブラウンヴァイツェンが、どちらも香ばしくて特に美味しかった。
ラオホは黒ビールに近い。
” 会津玄白十割そば ” は、そばつゆが甘辛く、会津地鶏や鶏油が入っていて美味しい。
とろみのあるそば湯で薄めて飲むと、これまた美味しかった。
ただ麺量は少なかったので大盛にすればよかった…
