2月の土曜日 12時にブルーコーンズダイニングを訪問した。10分前に電話したら運良く、席が空いていると言われ予約させてもらった。ここはウッドデッキで建てられていてなかなかおしゃれな店だ。中に入りメニューを見せて貰う。どれを頼んでも美味しそうだ。迷ったがミルフィーユカツカレー1100円にグレープフルーツジュース100円を頼んだ。廻りを見渡すと、ほとんど女性、男性はわずか4人だけだった。雰囲気はスキー場の中にある喫茶店といった感じだ。まず、スープとサラダを出して貰う。少し待ったが、その間 女性の方が、水を出してくれたり、空いたお皿を片付けてくれる。気配り目配りしてくれて、いい感じ。お店の人がいかにお客さんを大切にしてくれているか？良くわかる。こういうお店が流行って貰いたい。いつの間にか、25分経っていたが先を急ぐ訳でもなく、こういうスローフードのお店も新鮮に思える。カレーが運ばれてきた。美味しそうだし、ボリュームもある。普通に美味しかった。ご馳走さま。次回はパスタを頼んでみたい。
