久留米ラーメンとして有名な丸星ラーメンさん。
本店は国道3号線沿いで24時間営業。
トラックの運転手さんなどから絶大な人気を得たお店。
その2号店が国道210号線にできて約3年半。
どんなものかと訪問してみます。
お店は「道の駅 久留米」からうきは方面へ車で1～2分。
駐車場は広々。
空いているスペースに車を入れ建物に入ると券売機。
セットものが見当たらず、単品のラーメン（550円、込）のボタンをプチっ。
店内に入ると右手側は4人用テーブル席、左手側はカウンター席と6人用の小上がりが4～5卓の座席配置となってました。
店員さんからの案内を受け、左側のフロア中央にある10人用の大きな共用テーブル席の一画に。
チケットを渡す際、麺の硬さを聞かれ普通でお願いしました。
時刻は11:30。
お客さんは4割ほどで、サーブタイムはたった3分のクイック対応です。
トッピングはネギ、チャーシュー、それから少しの海苔。 (笑)
味の方はいたって普通の豚骨ラーメンでこれといった特徴もなし。
特段、丸星さんらしい味とかいうのも感じなかったような・・。
戦後の復興期を想わせるバラック仕立てみたいな本店で食べた記憶とは相容れず。
（本店と比べれば）明らかにお洒落になった店舗では、味の感じ方も違うのかな？
建物がお洒落になった分、丼自体がちょっとチープ過ぎ。
お得感のあるラーメンの筈が逆に安っぽく感じてしまいます。
丸星さんって、こんなだったかなぁ～？
サクっと食べて完食です。
