Akizuki is a udon restaurant located behind Kitakyushu Municipal Medical Center, near Tanga in Kokura. All the ingredients used in the dashi stock [kelp, bonito flakes, round herring, mackerel flakes,
... etc.] are domestically produced and additive-free. The flour used for the noodles is changed depending on the season, and we strive to create [homemade noodles] that are smooth on the throat. We also recommend the mild-tasting hot pot and oden made with udon stock! The juicy umami and sweetness of the [mellow pork cutlet bowl] is also very popular.
