しかも、平日ランチタイムは1玉60円という驚きの安さ。
スープは少し泡立っていてクリーミーでマイルド。甘みとまろやかさが際立ったスープだが、その奥にしっかりとした豚骨の旨味を感じる。クセもなくいつまでも飲んでいたいスープ。
麺は製麺屋慶史の細ストレート麺。普通でお願いしたが、この麺ならもう少し歯応えが欲しいところ。
トッピングはねぎ・キクラゲ・チャーシュー。
炙りチャーシューは最後にタレがかけられいて、これがまたうまい。
