【料理・味】
プリフィクスコース
全体にかなり塩辛い味付けだと感じた。
パスタはオイル系とはいえあまりにもベタベタとしていた。
また、夜と言っても17時の予約だったため、ディナータイムの１組目だったが、
魚料理を頼んだところ「材料が切れたので変更になります」
明らかにサラダのカツオをメイン料理に使ったものに変更になった。
サラダでもカツオ、メインもカツオ。わかっていればサラダは別のものを頼んだのだが…。
見た目やウェブサイトの雰囲気が大変良く、期待していただけにややがっかりした内容だった。
【サービス】
接客は、慣れていない従業員だったのか、何を聞きたいのかよくわからないことが多かった。
それは個々人の資質というより店舗の教育の問題だと思うので、今後に期待したい。
【雰囲気】
雰囲気は大変良かった。
外観・内装ともに木がふんだんに使われていて大変おしゃれだった。
【CP】
予約時はCPの良いコース内容だと感じたが、料理・接客のレベルを考えるとそうでもないと今は思う。
【その他】
雰囲気も良く、ウェブサイトも見やすい。
それだけに内容が非常に残念。
今後是非改善していただきたい。
個人的にはリピートはない。
